I had a pleasant experience at Honda of Serranmonte. I dropped it off early in the morning since I had to make it to another appointment. Brian was the one who took the car and he made sure I could get out there quickly since I was in a rush. Bobbie was the one who promptly communicated with me several times regarding updates of my car. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions.
