FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! June 2016: I was with a different company and they were always rude to deal with. I called the Snelling Co. (Snelling Heating, Cooling & Electrical) and was surprised at the difference from the moment they answered the phone. The lady that answered was very nice and informative. I ended up speaking with a manager for more service details and he explained everything to me. He suggested first that I clean the AC condenser unit outside. He pointed me to YouTube instructional videos too. He could have easily had me pay for a service call to do it - but he had the integrity to suggest I do it myself to see if that solved my problem with the AC struggling to cool. Well, I went outside and took off the cover panels and wow! It was very dirty, even after 3 yrs from last servicing. I hosed it down, its now clean, and is no longer trying to breathe through a stuffed-up nose so-to-speak. Again, they could have sent a tech out and charged me for this simple thing, but had the integrity to help me solve what turned out to be a simple issue on my own. They have earned my trust and loyalty! (and my referrals). I very highly recommend them!

9-1-16 Update: I had a T-Stat go bad on me after 4 years. Contacted Snelling Co. & they swapped it out no problems. Amazing customer service in an age where most companies don't care about anything but the current sale. I will definitely have them do my annual tune-ups.
