Stay away!

Stay away!
I tried to purchase a ballast for an older fluorescent fixture. They had none in stock. "Shelby" at the parts desk repeatedly informed me she would order one. I was never contacted again. After repeat calling, I was told it would be ordered, was being checked into, etc. She then claimed it would be free (for their delay and negligence!). Over a month has passed. Nothing ever arrived.. I finally had to order one, myself, on line. Worst (and strangest) customer service i have ever experienced.
