Worst customer service ever, this place in this lo...

Worst customer service ever, this place in this location (Ft Worth) is not in the business of selling their products. We came on Sunday Jan. 12 2020 around 2ish p.m, No customers just the so called sales person who was sitting upfront and from the looks of it, she looked like she was painting her nails, not sure. She did not greet us, no eye contact when we came in. My husband goes up to her and tells her he is interested in getting into leather crafting but doesn't know where to start. He wants to make a radio holder for his work radio as he is a fireman and needs something to hold his device. The lady just points to where the tools are and leather and that' it. Goes back to painting her nails or who knows what. My husband walks around for 40 minutes and at no time does she offer assistance, not asking, "is there anything I can help you with?" Just sitting there. I mean if someone who was dishonest wanted to steal, they could, since she is not aware of her surroundings, hope they have cameras for thieves because she sux. Such a waste of a 45 min drive. My husband was hoping to begin this project today and was hoping to purchase some materials, but why waste our money on a place that isn't willing to sell their products or offer assistance. It's best to just watch YouTube videos and buy stuff from Amazon or a place that is willing to make a sale.
