I see all of these great reviews and am very confu...

I see all of these great reviews and am very confused because I had possibly the worst experience purchasing a vehicle from here.

1. The process took forever, the car wasn t running properly and we waited over an hour to test drive it.

2. We ended up purchasing the vehicle under the promises that the issues would be resolved but for some reason we HAD to drive it off the lot that night...only to bring it back in for repairs a few days later.

3. After the repairs were fixed I was told to come in and pick up the car. When I got to the dealership, I once again waited a very long time for the sales rep to tell me that the keys are at his brothers house?!?!? He offered to drive the car to my home which was a nice gesture, but once again my time was wasted and just lost all confidence.

4. After I got the vehicle delivered to me, I noticed that the issues I had pointed out had NOT been fixed. We ended up taking this to a mechanic who found multiple issues with the vehicle and fixed them for us.

I m in sales and if this car wasn t a beauty, we would ve walked away from the bad customer service that was given. The finance department will also call you and not leave any voicemails, then have the nerve to say we ve reached out to you multiple times . Someone needs to teach them to leave a voicemail.

So buyers beware if you re shopping used here!
