This place doesn't even deserve 1 star but you have to click it to write a review. Ordered a hitch on 7/23/19. On 8/7/19 they don't have an answer where my hitch is. I called the company the hitch is coming from, HUH guess what? THEY NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN TO THEM. Then J&P gave me the run around on what is going on! Called in 4 times & never got any straight answers as to what is the deal. I knew there was some wait time, but 11 days with still no reason to the where the hitch is. I am a long time customer since 2003 & never had an issue until now.
