I think customers should be allowed to speak to building supervisor, old spoke to John at pre-handover - which was disappointing at not being able to speak to during construction. All trades need to be more tidy on sites. The build time taken was four weeks earlier than expected.. The selections that are done with customers need to be more detailed but overall we are pleased with our new home and found the most enjoyable part getting our keys!
