We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and booked all inclusive.
The food was great, always fresh and there was no line up. They had 2 kinds of fish and 2 kinds of meat that they prepared right in front of you on the bbq, paella, pasta, salad buffet, a variety of desserts and a few special things every day.
Our room was wonderful. We upgraded on site to priority superior double. Beautiful room, great view, loved it. (The rooms with the terrace have a Jacuzzi, that only they can use... and are a lot cheaper but don't have a very nice view)
Staff everywhere in the hotel was always friendly.
Special thanks to Maria, the bartender on the roof top who makes delicious drinks!
The roof top is gorgeous but... It closes at 6pm... They should have some music and snacks there in the evening. It would be a wonderful place to relax and connect with other people or at least to watch the beautiful sunsets.
About one thing I am very disappointed:

We were also hoping for a little more entertainment at the hotel. There was a small life show every evening what was great for the "older" audience but not for the "younger" ones (we are 40).
All in all great place to go. If you want to relax it's perfect also with all inclusive. If you want more action then don't get all inclusive. There are a lot of bars and clubs near by in walking distance (Mega Park) or 10 min by bus getting out after the cathedral (amazing little restaurants bars and later on clubbing).
