Fantastic - we love it. We've had the Princeton hot tub for 9 months now and it's been great. The whole family use it and we've been in there in all weathers. The best was when it was snowing recently ! The delivery was smooth and well organised, the hot tub was up and running within a couple of hours. It very simple to clean and maintain. I did have a small problem (which turned out to be my fault!), but the engineer came out and sorted the problem with no fuss or charge, great customer service. I would thoroughly recommend.
