I'm always impressed first and foremost by the customer service, backed by great product offerings and an overall great company. For example, I recently purchased a guitar from Sweetwater. Matt McKible contacted me to let me know when it would ship, that it would go through a 55 point inspection before shipping, and even included photos of the guitar that they take at their location/shop before shipping. It's truly nice to see that level of customer appreciation - I have been a customer for years, and will be a lifelong customer. I highly recommend them for any musical products you are in the market for. Thank you Sweetwater, and keep up the fantastic work!
