John Baldwin made my car buying experience a breeze. He listened to what we were looking for and stayed within the budget that we asked, he did not try to upsell me into something I couldn't afford or I didn't like. He was willing to wait for me to make up my mind and really didn't pressure me. Since this was my first large purchase I was nervous to make a decision, but he explained everything clearly and was very patient.
