This is worst than the DMV, I apologize to compare them to the DMV because the DMV is a 5 star compared to them. Conversations with any customer service representative has been horrible. If you don't like your cushioned county government job, please quit, customer service means dealing with customers, you may want to look at your job description or change it to apply talking to people in a professional manner.
