I was looking everywhere for a specific Dietrich watch but it was sold out at every other store I contacted. Sam took the time to call the company and located the only one they had left in stock and went out of his way to communicate with me back and forth on the details. Unfortunately it was not the color combonation I was looking for but I greatly appreciate the professionalism, customer service and the extra effort. Thank you!
