Debt collectors have a bad rep, its the nature of their job. Not these guys though, so very helpful and considerate. I was lucky enough to be able to pay off my debts early and they were so happy for me. Thank you for all your kind help Lowell staff. (Esp the gentleman who helped me on the phone when i got totally flustered)
