Went for Cinco de Mayo.. And maybe they were just ...

Went for Cinco de Mayo.. And maybe they were just busy, but I wasn't impressed. There was an amazing view, but my server wasn't all that friendly and everyone's (party of 4) food was cold when we received it. The mermaid water drink was good though.
