I was very disappointed with the experience, I made a reservation for a family dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday, when we arrived we found we were not seated where requested, and the staff weren't apologetic or seemed too concerned
Then we found there was a seating short, again no apology, after dinner and after waiting 30 minutes for dessert to be brought we approached a staff member and said several people were waiting for dessert, after a further ten minutes we approached another staff member who brought 3 desserts and said the others would be out shortly, after another ten minutes we approached the same staff member who apologised and said she thought someone else had taken the others
So apart from that person and the young woman taking the meal orders I couldn't give any of the staff involved with our outing any marks for service or courtesy
Gave one star as I couldn't give zero
