It has been such a pleasure dealing with The Open Window Company. Simon and his team are extremely professional and courteous, and they have fantastic product knowledge. No hard sell, no pressure. Simon goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the best customer experience.
I had an outdated front door with a broken lock that was in desperate need of replacement. Simon came over to discuss the options available. He then came back with his fitters to do a site survey, as part of the job involved knocking down a wall and replacing flooring, so it wasn t completely straightforward. On the day of the installation, the fitters arrived early, and worked non-stop until the front of my house was completely transformed! I am now the owner of a modern, contemporary front door, and I love it!!
