My complaint goes to the customer service lady at the outpatient clinic that attended on 10/10/18 at 4:00 p.m.
It turns out that my orthopedist prescribed an MRI with the wrong company's heel. As I had the test two days ago and did not pass consultation my dr. I asked over the phone if they could solve it. They told me to stop by the clinic to solve it.


This management could have been done perfectly from customer service without any problem, instead of giving me long and insisting that nothing could be done. Unfortunate attention in outpatient consultations!
