I went to a few dealerships prior to Lupient to see who could get me out of my upside down loan without charging me an arm and a leg. They were all horribly pushy and tried to get me to agree to a loan way outside of my budget. That changed when I made an appointment with Lupient.

I walked in feeling very discouraged, but the minute I met Chuck, I knew things were going to be different. He took the time to understand exactly where I was coming from and made the process extremely easy. He had me laughing the entire time, and he helped me find the car I absolutely love (I got a Sonic and named him Hedgehog - "Hedgie" for short). I cannot thank Chuck enough!

Also, shout out to David for going to bat for me and getting a lower interest rate than I previously had.

Hands down, best service ever!
