Nefarious customer service call at the time you call, the lack of education of the ladies that serve you is incredible.
They keep the money that the tenant pays 30 days to check if the owner commits fraud or not. This is not true, as no estate will give them personal information, much less fiscal to them with the new data protection legislation. They claim that they are mere intermediaries between the tenant and the owner but they keep your money for a month and a half. What do they do with it?
In terms of its operation is a page very similar to Airbnb, well, it is worse because your app works fatally. I do not recommend anything to start business with them neither as a tenant nor as an owner.
