My service advisor, Carl, is always helpful, friendly and willing to share maintenance tips. He honors my appointment time and arranges that my car is scheduled to be serviced when I arrive so I never have to wait a long time. This is in sharp contrast to the Toyota dealer where I bought the car. There, my calls to schedule an appointment were never returned and often my routine service took longer than others who just walked in without an appointment. I really appreciate Toyota of Alvin!
