DO NOT USE ADORAMA!!! I placed a camera on hold with a customer service rep (have all of it in writing) and I would break my payments into two. Final payment being April 24, 2020. I called to make the payment and they informed me my order had been cancelled and no longer available even though they took the camera I placed on hold off the website. He stated they put the camera back on the website and someone else bought it and received it 3 days ago. I asked the rep to send me to their manager and he hung up on me. This company is unprofessional and did not seem to care. Once I was finally connected to a manager (the customer service rep sounded like the exact same person once I was transferred to the manager) he told me there was nothing he could do. I ordered the camera I wanted from B&H Photo. Great customer service and I got the camera for a lower price with a lower shutter count! If you do order from Adorama be cautious..
