Great family own company owners are great but the down fall are the management they got running for them a team that don t know what a front line or a zero front location on a part.... it takes them double the time to do a repeat job same thing go for the 3rd repeat and 4th repeat etc...poor management all about favoritism they got Tom the recruiting guy knows nothing about machines they got joe from maggitt witch is a dog on a tree he don t care about anyone but him self first one to be sitting n eating at company luncheon and he upper Management told me I had to be at work regardless of my family and many more of that kind just naming a few ..wrote me up to ....I say it enough the owners are super great about the employees and the family wish more owners are like them sad to see this place go down because of stupid and poor management
