The experience I had with the recent refinancing application was terrible. It took almost a year to close. Yes, one year end to end and because it took so long to close, I had provide all documents multiple times. Towards the end after I was told that the underwriter cleared the application and it was ready to be closed. I still had to email on a daily basis to follow up just to find out the closing date. I don t know how this company operated, but the communication between the departments is almost non existent.
