Rick has been my personal trainer for months, and I cannot stress enough how great the experience has been. Rick adjusts everything to your fitness level and what you are comfortable with, and his goal is for you to understand the correct way to do exercises, what you should be targeting/thinking about while doing it, and WHY you are doing it.

If you are completely new to exercising, working with Rick will give you the experience and confidence to ensure that your health/fitness isn't just a passing fad in your life, but something that sticks with you (as it has for me, as I am now exercising even between our sessions) and creates a healthier you.

Last, the fact that all personal training sessions are completely private (literally no one else in the gym) and the cleanliness of the gym is top notch (less people = easier to clean... everything is sanitized immediately after using it), especially with everything currently going on in the world, makes going back month after month an easy choice.
