My husband ordered a phone through Baka, with the ETFO plan, and when we received a defective phone, he tried to contact and had difficulty. Finally, he was asked to ship the phone back but was charged 150 for changing phones, when we received a broken phone in the beginning.

Seeing the rude emails from customer service was shocking. I decided to choose Rogers instead, who matched the business discount and provided me with a new phone in working condition.

We are hoping he can get out of the contract and join Rogers as well.

I have told colleagues, friends and family to stay clear of this company as customer service was rude and unhelpful.

Reading through the reviews, I can see this isn't the first time people have been given defective phones. So disappointing.
