Very disappointed. Our room had broken fixtures, broken drain plug in the bath tub, 1 cup for coffee (there are 2 avid coffee drinkers), construction in a nearby room was extremely noisy, and the pool bar staff was slow. When I mentioned these issues at check-out I received 'Sorry' for a response. Totally unacceptable to pay as much as you do for such a poor experience.
