The circumstances in the emergency room are terrible. You sit forever and nothing happens. If a member of the family finally comes in after almost two hours, you will neither learn anything nor you can get in with them. It should be clear to the doctors and nurses that you are worried and you do not come there out of boredom. I suspect that should they get into such a situation, their patience leaves much to be desired.
