Its been more than 2 and half months my car is still at 401 dixie kia because of recall issue. Spoke with customer care.Agent says case had been forwarded twice but nobody is responding. Called numerous time yet no results.Honestly, not just the CARS its time to RECALL KIA CANADA MANAGEMENT too.
