Have not had the best experience with this company...

Have not had the best experience with this company. We had requested our heating to get fixed so that we could get heat onto the third floor. We took their recommendation of getting a new boiler which they installed with some new piping. While a new boiler is nice to have, for the price it would be nice if we got heat to the third floor like we wanted, still no heat to our third floor....Upon following up they never figured out how to fix the situation after coming out, and never got back to us after that. We had to go to someone else who upon arrival were perplexed with some of the work Snelling had done. When we questioned Snelling about their work they were fairly short and rude while being adamant that they had done a perfect job (from over the phone). More recently we have had a gas leak from one of our pipes connected to the boiler, and while I can not hold them accountable for this, I can not rule them having missed something during there checks a few months back, as this most likely has been going on for a little while. Once again when questioned about the gas leak we received a short response with the usual run around, and no solution as they were unable to come out to look at the situation. I hate leaving bad reviews for any company (this is my very first one), but I believed this has been earned, not simply given out.
