I stayed for one night - the amenities are very nice, rooms modern BUT i received a 5:40AM call from the front desk because the night before, when I checked in, they failed to record my credit card. So, they called at 5:40AM to wanted to make sure I wasn't going to leave without checking out and dropping by the front desk. There are many ways that could have been accomplished (a note under the door, a call at a more reasonable hour, a text message to the number they had on file, etc). This said something about their focus on guests and aspiring to make sure they have a good experience...they failed on the most basic needs: a restful sleep.
