We just came back from there and had a horrible expierence.
Environment
The area was very nice it was kind of like a jungle to walk through everyday. Peacocks and lizards walking right next to you. They had nice pools and a pool bar you swam right up to which was also nice.
Rooms
Our room didn't have hardly any ac. It was set on the lowest it could go and still felt very warm compared to the other rooms we went in.
Food
Where do I start with the food. They let you pre-schedule two restraunts right when you get there. After that you are suppose to go to the appointment person everyday at 9am and check to make another resiervation every day. We got there everyday at 9am and everything was booked and we were told we have to wait every hour from 6pm-9pm to see if anyone canceled which when we asked they didn't even look at their book, they just told us no. Everyone we talked to was very disappointed about this. The thing that set us off was that they didn't even look to see if anyone cancelled they just told us no. Than, when we waved them money in their face they took us in for one of our friends birthday that night. It took money to let us sit and have a nice dinner instead of eating at the buffet every night.
We will never go back to this place ever again
