Came here for our honeymoon nerves shot from Chicago traffic coming to a big city for the first time. The Hotel lobby staff was awesome, friendly, patient, and have a great since of humor from start to finish. Checking in with our minds outta whack they started a friendly conversation with us, and found out we were honeymooners. Upgraded our room to a suite just out of kindness unexpectedly! The bell boy was just the same too! Can't thank them enough. Amazing Staff!
