Poor sales service. Talked to Christian Alvarez via email and unfortunately the car I was interested in was sold and he stated that he is unable to check inventory on similar car unless I come into the sales office and speak to a sales manager. What a waste of time if I come in and they can t get the car or it s next month. Why would I bother coming to a location that doesn t have the car i m Looking for at the possibility they could get it or not. Blatantly disregard for my time and I have the email threads to show it. Don t waste ur time!
