I wouldn't give any stars if possible!

Since I could not find a place in Wyndham, I had to. In order to relieve the tiredness of the day, we went down to the pool right after entering the hotel. At the entrance they asked us to register and fill in a form. We had to patch the room number on the jersey. The card with the room number was not with us and we could not remember the room number, so the attendant there asked "Can you check by name?" When we said, "You don't know the room you are staying in." Hostel operators know much more!

Also, when you come to the hotel with your car, a valet welcomes you and takes your key! We thought it was an employee of the hotel, but when we received the valet card, we realized that it was a special external valet company! When we explained this to the receptionist, he could not give us a logical explanation.
