Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Started off with a call at 8:55 (too eager I know, but i'd been reviewing guns overnight and was busting to get one and chanced my arm with an early call!). Answered politely and I asked about a Gamo Coyote Tactical .22 rifle. They had 1 in stock and would I like them to put it to one side for me. Yes please and I'll be there in a couple of hours (no longer had to rush out without breakfast or a cuppa).
When I arrived all the signs were there about the service, staff in company t-shirts helping another customer put their purchase in their car and a pleasant goodbye with a handshake. It boded well!
I was greeted and the first thing they asked was would I like a cup of tea or coffee. I'm awkward and asked did they have sweetners (catches most cafe's out) and yes they did!
Coffee in hand I was then asked by the youngest member of staff in the shop what could he do to help (apologies I am terrible with names and was too busy looking wide eyed at all their stuff for sale!). I mentioned my previous call and another very tall guy popped his head around the corner and said the gun was all ready for me. So far so good!
Said young man unboxed the rifle to show me and asked if there was anything else I needed. I mentioned a silencer and he proceeded to show me a good range, fitted them all to the gun and test fired them to show me the quality. Easy to choose when shown what they can do.
Silencer purchased I then asked about a bag although I mentioned that I had just bought a new one for my old gun but not to sure if it would fit. He said bring it in and we will check. Looked a bit short but he did advise me to take off the silencer after use as my bag had a pocket for it to live in and they recommend not transporting a gun with the barrell extended if possible. Seemed sensible and saved me a new bag.
He asked would I like to see any scopes and I mentioned that I had just bought a new one that was on my old gun. This is where the customer service went into overdrive! He asked if I would like him to swap it over and sight it up for me. I also mentioned that I still had the old scope for my old gun and he also refitted that and sighted that one up as well! Helped me to my car and I got the obligatory farewell.
I am one very happy customer. Never written a review in my life so sorry that you got war and peace but I really felt urged to let them know how impressed I was. This is not my local shop but it will be the only destination for anything air gun related until someone can beat their offer and customer service. Well done guys (and one lady that I saw)
