I don t normally leave reviews, but I really felt the need to share my experience buying my car from Austin at Simi Valley Toyota. The service was friendly, informative and fast. With this being the second car I ve ever purchased, I was really nervous to say the least. I bought my first car through car max to avoid the hassle of haggling, so coming to an actual dealership was a big step for me and I m glad I took it. I am very impressed with how seamless the process was and how hard they worked to make sure it was the car was the right fit and price for me.
