I was there today around 11am with my son Diego and as the day keeps going i keep wondering how come the person that took the metal nails from my son elbow said he didn't need it and did not apply anesthesia??? He went thru A LOT of pain that was unnecessary i believe, as in 2020 there are options :( HE IS ONLY 6 YRS OLD AND THAT WAS SO PAINFUL Something I think could have been avoided.
I have a picture of the nails before so you can see how they looked plus he said they were not inside that for me was confusing as i had been told they day of the surgery they were gonna be inside but I believed him my bad, as when he pulled them out I realized how long they were and felt so bad for my Son because I allowed that!...
