The experience was top notch. Sara Wienke was my sales rep and couldn t have been more friendly, professional and helpful. She made the whole process very easy. This included turning over my old lease vehicle (which wasn t a Lexus) as well as the lease on my new Lexus. This saved me from the whole process of turning in my vehicle at another dealership. I would definitely seek out Sara the next time I m due for a new car.
