Recently we had issues with our copier needed an increased number of service calls. Whenever we had an issue your technicians were quick to respond to resolve all issues. The techs are prompt, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Eventually, we decided that we wanted a new copier so that we would not have to keep making service calls for the same issue. The sales representative came to our office, assessed our issue and immediately found another copier that was newer, with more advanced capabilities and better suited for our needs.
