Purchased a GTX 980 graphics card which developed a fault after only a couple of weeks of ownership. Contacted OcUK support via their forum and the faulty card was collected the next day, tested shortly after it was received and a replacement is now on it's way to me already! By far the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had returning a faulty item, would highly recommend Overclockers UK to anyone.
