I tried to purchase a monitor and paid through amazon prime, It should of been delivered within 24hours. I waited one week before I called them, I then had to sit on hold for 30 minutes only for them to tell me that they didn't have any stock in and they have no idea when they will. Very quick to take my money but they didn't bother contacting over the stock issue. Absolutely disgraceful service. I needed that monitor for my work, not relaxing playing games. I think I will just stick to scan.com from now on.
