Checked in today at this Hyatt location and thus far it has been everything I expected. Upon arrival I was greeted by Makeilah and Dedrick. Bad customer service can make or break a place but these two front desk agents definitely make this a place somewhere you feel welcomed. Their customer service was superb. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Our room and the property is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. As a matter of fact today I was able to take the best daytime nap that was well overdue. This location is so close to many things. You could actually walk to a lot of places from here. Anything you need I'm sure you can get it close by the hotel. I only wish the television had Netflix option and the hotel had complimentary warm cookies upon arrival. I will be returning on my next visit to Memphis.
