When I got the car I came back the next day to fill out the paperwork and pay for the rest of it. They had none of the paperwork ready and it took about 2 hours of waiting for the salesman to complete everything for me.
Then my car had to go in to get fixed. I was told later that afternoon it would be ready by the end of the day. Heard nothing back and went to pick up my car. It took 20 minutes to find a person to help me figure out where my car was. They told me they had to keep it over night and they didn t have a rental car for me. I had no way of getting home or to work the next morning. If I would have known it wouldn t be ready I could have made arrangements
