My parents purchased their 2016 Tacoma from Toyota...

My parents purchased their 2016 Tacoma from Toyota of Santa Barbara. The TRAC, check engine and airbag light came on. The Tacoma was still under warranty with less than 2000 miles. They took it to Toyota of Lompoc hoping to get it diagnosed. They refused to diagnose the vehicle and suggested that they take it back to Toyota of Santa Barbara where they made the purchase. I made a second attempt to reach out to Toyota of Lompoc to ask why they refused to diagnose the car. I spoke to their receptionist and explained the situation. I asked why they are not honoring Toyota's warranty on this car? She put me on hold for a few minutes. The next person I spoke with was male and he didn't want to talk with me. He took down my phone number and did not return my call. I waited two days and ended up taking the car back to Toyota of Santa Barbara to diagnosed the issues. My family and I purchased 3 cars from this dealership in the past. We've serviced our cars here many times before and the service was always good. Not sure what's going on.
