This dealership amazed me with their reception and coffee. The good part ends there. Met their sales guy on a wednesday afternoon. In spite of a tight calendar he agreed to meet me and to be honest he was reasonable but tired. What followed that was absolute radio silence from the dealership while I was promised a couple of options with quotes so I can take an informed decision. I had to keep calling them to keep the communication channel alive. Went on for a week and it felt like they expect you to beg and kneel down for getting a simple quote from them. Please avoid Lookers Jaguar London West at any cost. Now I have booked my Jaguar with another dealer in Bristol (GUY SALMON Jaguar). Top class customer service and we have shaken hands and it was all closed within 30 minutes over phone and email. Finally I felt valued by a Jaguar dealership.
