This is my favorite dim sum restaurant in the city. Theyve been shut down for health violations, reopened under new management and finally changed their name numerous times. While this scares a lot of people off, to me it just says their food will be cheap and prob more authentic than the hipster dim sum joints that I won't name.

They're located upstairs next to the Safeway. They have a huge parking lot that fills up around noon but overall it's rarely a problem finding a spot. They have a takeout window on the first floor, but if you want to dine in, go upstairs.

Do not come here if you're looking for good service. This is not what they're known for. They speak broken English, they're generally very short and will only speak with you if you flag them down. This is all fine with me as long as the food stays fresh and hot.

For food my go to items are the shrimp har gao, pork shu mai, shrimp cheurn fung, salt and pepper fish fillets, and liu sa bao (salted egg yolk bun). Their fried tofu with shrimp is good, their deep fried shrimp is good, but their Pai gwut (steamed spareribs with black bean sauce) is just meh.
