Never will I ever go back to Montgomeryville Nissan to purchase another car. A couple days before i bought my car I met with a Sales lady by the name of Tracey F. At first she was helpful and showed me cars and I asked for the walk out the door price of the car including tax and all that I wanted to buy. She walked to a room came back and gave me a price. So i told her i will be back in 2 days to buy the car in cash. I came back two days later and had the full payment in hand a she proceeded to give me a higher number then what she told me two days before. When I asked what happened she said that she never gave me a price and since I didn't write down the price she had originally said they would give it to me. The new price was 145 dollars more then what she told me. She raised her voice at us and told us to leave and that she has plenty other buyers. I was forced to go to the bank and get the extra 145 dollars. Everyone was very rude to my father and I when we came back. The fact she lied right to my face and raised her voice at my father and I is just disgusting and the fact that the financial guy couldn't find wiggle room to match the price I was originally given. I bought the car because I loved it. It was a used car but was a major upgrade from my last car. I am a teenager and I had been saving up for two years and after dealing with Tracey and her team at Montgomeryville Nissan I felt like I was taken advantage of. Montgomeryville Nissan needs to fix there sales team. It has been almost a month since I bought my car and was screamed at. I have yet to revive an apology letter or anything. I am very disappointed in the way Tracy and her team handled the situation.
