I feel trent was on top of everything and there was no unnecessary waiting which i really liked. I also like the fact that the mechanics are able to detect when there is a problem before it's to late, and the individual and/or the company can jump rite on top of it, like immediately which is cool because i think we all know how one thing can leead to another. I thank Trent and Greg Young for your care and dedication to your customers.
