Here right now and a bit disappointed... Ordered fresh orange juice but got a glass with 80% ice and 20% definitely not fresh orange juice....the new rooms are nice and nothing to complain about but the sidepools are looking shallow and not completely filled up. This is our 6th year in bali and fifth stop on bali this holiday..
